Attention dear Parents and Guardians. The Report Cards of the last Academic Session and the new Fee Books of all classes will be distributed on 15th and 16 June, 2020. The new Exercise copies will also be available at the same time, at the school premise. The specific timings will be given in the WhatsApp Group of individual classes.
Parents are kindly requested to do the following things on that day :
1. Must bring along a photocopy of their Electoral ID or Aadhaar Card, with their ward's name written on it, alongwith the original.
2. To carry the exact amount for the payment of Exercise copies.
IMPORTANT :
1.WEARING OF MASK AND OBSERVING SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES.
2. DO NOT BRING YOUR WARDS ALONG.
3. DO CARRY BAGS AND UMBRELLAS BECAUSE NO CROWDING/SHELTERING WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE SCHOOL PREMISES.
The parents are also requested to kindly co-operate by coming exactly at the time given, so that there is no unnecessary delays caused. It is our aim to do this distribution at the shortest time possible so that none of us are put to any unnecessary risk.
